Delivery and resolution
Shipping, returns, refunds and disputes
Current member-to-member arrangements and the intended delivery rules if third-party checkout is approved later.

Current arrangement
TAMRA does not currently collect purchase money. Before payment, the parties must record in site messages their agreement on the object, total price, delivery charge, carrier, insurance, customs responsibility, dispatch deadline, inspection period and return address. Cross-border buyers must consider import restrictions, duties and possible delays.
Packing, tracking and inspection
Sellers should pack securely, record the object's condition and packing before dispatch, and provide verifiable tracking. Buyers should preserve an opening video and the packaging. If the object does not arrive, is not the listed object, has serious undisclosed damage, or materially conflicts with the listing, the buyer should stop further handling and make a written record on the site immediately.
Future third-party release timing
If third-party protected checkout is activated later, the intended rule is: the seller enters valid tracking within three calendar days of payment confirmation; no automatic payout occurs merely because time passes while the parcel is in transit; a fourteen-day inspection period starts only when the carrier marks delivery; the buyer may confirm earlier; and tracking with no update for about forty-five days moves to manual review rather than automatic payout. Final limits remain subject to the provider's written approval and the terms displayed at checkout.
Returns, refunds and disputes
Issues may include non-delivery, receipt of a different object, serious undisclosed damage, a material falsehood in the listing, or a duplicate charge. A simple change of mind does not automatically create a right of return. Authenticity disputes are not decided by site votes. An administrator may request the original listing, messages, payment and tracking evidence, opening records, certificates and independent examination. The object must not be destroyed, altered, removed from its case or resold while a case is open.
