Who is responsible for the data
TAMRA is operated by CHERKAI TRADING (THAILAND) CO., LTD., a company registered in Thailand. Privacy questions may be sent to the email address or telephone number shown at the foot of this page.
Information we process
Depending on the features used, information may include sign-in account details, name or display name, email, telephone, addresses, profile image, seller application and verification information, listing text and images, site messages, transaction and dispute records, contact methods, and messaging-app QR codes uploaded voluntarily. Necessary security, sign-in, device and activity records may also be generated.
Why we use information
Information is used to provide accounts, exchange, auctions, site messages, moderation, translation and support; protect accounts and prevent fraud; perform membership or transaction requests; comply with legal, tax, accounting and payment-provider requirements; and handle complaints, refunds, disputes and platform safety. Text is sent to an adopted AI service only when translation is requested or otherwise required by the feature being used.
Phone push notifications
TAMRA stores a device push endpoint and the necessary encryption data only after a member understands the purpose and grants permission through the device or browser. These details are used to send the categories the member selects, such as messages, review activity, trading activity, or content updates; administrators may also choose alerts for items awaiting approval. Private-message text is not included in the push alert. Members can change each category or remove the device subscription from the account page, and can withdraw permission in device settings at any time.
Website analytics and cookies
TAMRA loads Google Analytics only after a visitor agrees. It measures visits, traffic sources, approximate region, device type and page interactions so that we can understand site health and improve content. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled, and we do not send form contents, site messages or directly identifying information to Google. Visitors may change their choice at any time through “Analytics settings” at the lower-left of the page. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect essential site functions. Google explains its processing at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Anonymous reading allowance and local storage
A signed-out visitor may read the first two different items in full in the same browser. Free registration or sign-in is then required to continue with complete articles and audio. To recognise which items that browser has already unlocked, the site stores a random visitor identifier and internal content codes in local device storage. Reopening the same item does not count again. This information contains no name, email address or reading duration and is not sent to TAMRA or a third party for this feature. Clearing site data, using private browsing or changing devices starts a new allowance. Signed-in members are not limited.
Disclosure and visibility
Public posts show only content selected for publication. Private contact methods are hidden by default and disclosed only to the appropriate transaction party under the transaction flow. Necessary information may be shared with authentication, hosting, email, translation, security, delivery, or a future approved payment provider. TAMRA does not sell members' personal information. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with law, protect rights or investigate fraud.
Retention, security and your choices
Information is kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, protect security, preserve transaction evidence or meet legal duties, after which it is deleted, de-identified or archived as required by law. Members may correct ordinary details in their account or contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Records required for transactions, disputes, fraud prevention or statutory retention may not be removed immediately.
